Gaby has been practicing as a naturopath, homeopath and massage therapist for over 12 years. For the last 7 years she has also been lecturing at Southern School of Natural Therapies.
Gaby specialises in treating digestive complaints such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other acute and long term gut problems: nausea, vomiting, reflux, stomach pain, bloating, wind, diarrhoea, constipation, etc. She has also treated a lot of patients suffering from anxiety, insomnia, stress, PMS & period pain/ problems.
An initial treatment with Gaby takes 1 hour and is a thorough assessment of your complaints, other body areas, diet and lifestyle. Treatments are then worked out in collaboration with you and your busy life and may include herbal liquids, homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle advice.
Gaby also offers a unique deep-tissue relaxation massage incorporating shiatsu and pressure point techniques as well as oiled massage and cupping.
