Bean Pallet Jacks are offering you a new concept in renting or purchasing pallet jacks. This no fuss method for maintenance and repairs is like a "swap and go" operation. When you need a pallet jack, you can call us and for a small charge, we will deliver it to your door. Preventative and ongoing maintenance and repairs are built into the weekly rental or initial sale price of the pallet jacks.
In the case of rentals, your unit is safety checked every six (6) months on site for the term of the lease and if it breaks down, you can just call us and we will replace it with another like pallet jack and take away the existing unit for repair off site. Your contract simply continues and you keep the operating pallet jack until such time as it is due for return at the end of your lease or it also needs to be replaced for repair. The only thing you need to consider is whether to rent long term to save on weekly costs or short term.
Alternatively, when you purchase a pallet jack, the price includes a preventative and ongoing maintenance program which allows for it to be safety checked every six (6) months for the first two (2) years. You will also be entitled to access the "swap and go" method for any breakdowns during that period. If required, you can negotiate a longer maintenance program for an ongoing fee. Naturally, we will ensure that your own unit is returned to you when the maintenance program period ends.

The Concept
