Kinesiology is a system of natural healthcare which promotes a state of optimal health and wellness, educates clients in simple techniques to achieve that state, and encourages them to take responsibility for their longterm health and wellbeing. In a session, I use many techniques such as acupressure, light massage, emotional stress release and flower essences to gently bring the body energy back into balance. When your energy is balanced, the body is better placed to find and maintain your natural healing state. And you\'ll find yourself in a more positive frame of mind to create new and lasting strategies to enhance your future potential. I generally offer sessions Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
