Eloura Residential Services are funded by the New South Wales Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care to provide local accommodation and accommodation support services for over thirty people with a disability, mainly in group home settings. All residents are empowered and supported to make choices and decisions affecting both their quality of life and their participation community life.\ \ Eloura Day Programs are funded by the New South Wales Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care to provide a range of non-vocational services for people with higher support needs. Community participation and day options programs provide community access, recreation and leisure, communications, and independent living skills programs for up to twenty five people. \ \ Eloura Business Services are funded by the Commonwealth Department of Family, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs to provide employment and training in a supported environment for a up to 65 people with a disability. People with moderate to high support needs are employed in a range of jobs in woodwork, packaging, landscaping and grounds maintenance. Employees are given vocational and non-vocational training and support to assist them to achieve their vocational goals. Employees work at either the Eloura Industries workshop or with Eloura Grounds and Maintenance - both based at Springwood.\
