Our Prinicipal Architect, Emile Jansen FRAIA FNIFI, is registered in NSW with 40 years proven experience in his profession. Although largely self employed over that time, he has also worked with some of the largest commercial practices in Sydney, Brisbane and China, including Peddle Thorpe & Harvey, Geoffrey Twibill & Associates and Davenport Campbell & Partners. He has substantial experience in residential projects, including low and medium rise, and high density; and has designed and worked on multi-million dollar commercial, industrial and retail developments including projects for Felton Industries, Bing Lee, Joyce Mayne, Mobex Electronics, Linde Gas; and aged persons accommodation in Dee Why, Auburn and Bayview. He has even designed an airport terminal, libraries, two grandstands, schools, hotels and an Olympic pool.
Most recent Awards include The Pittwater Council Civic Design Award in 2004 and 2006 and runner up in the NSW Architects Registration Board award for the NSW Architects Registration Board's award for "excellence in the delivery of Architectural Services" in 2007.
Our expertise includes concept design and design development, approvals documentation and submission, construction documentation, consultant co-ordination and tender negotiation, and contract administration.
