The reports are in layman's terms easy to understand and well set out dividing minor defects from major defects all done to the new Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007.
The average time on site inspecting a dwelling and property is approximate 2 hours on site and then another hour in the office proofing the report after a typist has completed the report which includes colour photos presented to the client in a display folder by post. Reports are also emailed to the Client and Solicitor or Conveyancer providing he has or is given their email address.
