Carpet: vacuumed with commercial vacuum cleaner and steam cleaned with high Performance industrial carpet cleaning machine up to 300 psi.
Laundry: Taps, Sinks walls, dryer, washing machine dust and wiped as required.

Terms and condition: All property is inspected before work on the same day of visit. Customer must provide parking, huge amount of rubbish must be taken from the premises. if there is heavy moulds and heavy marks at walls extra charges may apply. Extra works at blinds extra charges may apply. please let us know if the equipments is in broken conditions. keys pick up and drop off extra charges may apply depending on distance. Ceiling mould cleaning extra charges may apply.
