Our service also includes documentation and project management to obtain all necessary building approvals. When required, or requested, we are happy to introduce clients to our network of associates: surveyors, town planners, private certifiers, engineers, builders, landscape and interior designers. Our fees can be based on hourly rates or by project. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed a clients’ expectations.
